Our Neapolitan-style pizzas are made using the finest ingredients we can get our hands on and at 500 degrees in specially imported Italian ovens that create the delicious leopard spotted crusts we love so much.
SO WHAT'S THE STORY?
Why Leopardo? Our name is inspired by the beautiful ‘leopard spots’ that appear on Neapolitan pizzas when cooked at super high temperatures and which you’ll find on all of our pizzas. On our menu you’ll find classic toppings but we also like to get creative and have fun, so expect a few tasty twists and turns along the way!
IT HAS TO BE SAN MARZANO
At Leopardo we are passionate about sharing our love of great ingredients and creating pizzas that are jam-packed with flavour. We use only San Marzano tomatoes in our sauce and these little red beauties provide a rich sweetness and velvety texture which is oh so more-ish.
